1964 Polara C ring restoration

Have a pair of 1964 Polara C rings that need dent removal and reanodized.Lookng to find local source that does good work at a reasonable price.Personel experience and costs appreciated. located Metro Detroit area.
Also what finish of black are the inside trim ring suppose to be painted.These are the heavy diecast pieces inside the C rings.

I had mine re-done by a guy that does nothing but aluminum polishing for Harley's. He is also a car guy and did them for 50 bucks. But since I'm in Ca. that doesn't help ya.
