Hello, I am finally assembling the interior in my 66. I am in the process of installing the rear section of the center console. Unfortunately I did not take the car apart and have boxes of miscellaneous parts and hardware. Would anyone have an assembly diagram showing the front and rear center console ? Also I need to know the size and type of the 5 screws that hold the rear interior deck to the trunk pan. I have a assembly manual on order but wanted to keep this project moving. Thanks

The best part of the 66! Here are some pics for you. But you're going to want the service manual that has the supplement sections. Here's a link: Service Manuals – MyMopar (here is a link to the manual download: https://www.mymopar.com/downloads/s...426_Hemi_Engine_Service_Manual_Supplement.zip). As for screw sizes, I don't have that handy, but can find out shortly.

I see they show the tach sending unit under the console. At what point did they move them to the glovebox area?
I have a late build 66 and I have to go searching for mine. I don't see it in the pictures I have from when I had the glovebox out to change the front speaker.

My 66 has it behind the glovebox and the other 66's I've seen, or had the opportunity to see the sending unit when helping with the headlights, had it in the same place. I do know those pics come from the 426 supplemental manual. So, it could be only with 426 editions.

BTW... I have a NIB RT Engineering digital sending unit for a 64-66 if anyone is interested. I never ended up using it... went in a different direction. Pay for shipping and make a $50 donation to the SOF foundation and it's yours.

Doorkicker, I tried to send you a PM, but your inbox is full.
