1966 Satellite trunk panel "Letters"

Are the letters on the panel "P L Y M O U T H" available to buy (self adhesive)
I'm not sure if the letters were painted at the factory or was it a label inside the stamping

If you have a reasonably steady hand it’s not as difficult as you might think with a proper sized brush (small).

I have a spare panel here.
My plan is clean it up and repaint it. Im thinking fill a hyper dermic needle and use that to 'fill' the letters back to black
