1967 Dodge Charger Bumper Brackets?

Are these brackets for the front bumper? If so, how are they installed? Thanks!

Those are the rear bumper corner supports.

Reinforcement pieces originally should have been on there (Charger and Coronet), maybe omitted during a repair at sometime? Sorry for the catalog page quality.

Thanks Dean,

The brackets are powder coated, careful to match original finish. Since my car will be a driver, I used RPM on the hardware as well.
