Hi everyone, new here. I have a 67 Dodge Coronet RT needing brake drums and wheel cylinders. I was wondering if anyone has any or can recommend the best place to purchase them. Thanks a lot, happy to be here!

Drums should be easy to come by as most folks toss them in favor of disc brakes. There should be plenty of salvageable used ones in my opinion , just have to get the gauges out and measure them and allow plenty for resurfacing. I would go that way before buying a China made one that will warp fast and may not have any service life after one time. If you do go the aftermarket route measure them for thickness to make sure they are in spec and have someone else touch them up on a lathe IMO. They should be readily available thru aftermarket suppliers, seals and wheel cylinders too. Just compare apples to apples on everything.. I see Orielly auto parts has a listing for the drums for 100 each, I’m sure they have the other parts and they are probably the same across the board just different boxes. Try to stay name brand may help too.

I recently purchased new front wheel cylinders and hoses for my 67 R/T from RockAuto online. Be prepared for Chinese stuff in American label boxes any more......But they are working

welcome to FBBO

maybe try the search feature upper right of each page
enter your criteria
maybe also try placing a WTB add in the Mopar Marketplace
or check & see if anyone is selling some

lots of threads on the subject

good luck

Thank everyone for the great advise and help! I'm going to try the WTB add and contact mobileparts. really dont want to go aftermarket. My R/T is very original with 83k on the odometer. The only items that have been changed is the gas tank and shocks which i did last week. One repaint. Just trying to keep it as original as possible. Thanks again!

If you’re trying to stay original then send your wheel cylinders and master cylinder to White Post Restorations in VA. They’ll make all that good as new. Find some asbestos shoes and then get the drums cut. Best way to keep it all as OG as possible.
