1967 Plymouth Belvedere II Time Capsule

Went and trailered home the 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II I bought yesterday. I hadn’t yet seen it, I had my brother scope it out a week ago. I am amazed how original and clean this thing is...really a time capsule complete with build sheet, Certicard 1970 vintage spare in a mint trunk.

very nice! is the 273 HP correct? If in a four door, that is a rare machine. I am envious already!

I ran the VIN prior to purchase and it has the regular 273 listed. It came with the original intake and two barrel. It has the Commando intake and air clearner presently with a Holley Double Pumper. See the picture for some writing on the intake. It has the 8 3/4? rear end.

Thank you. The plan is to compound and polish the original paint, build the rear end, two new seat covers, and a 318/340. Exhaust will exit out the back with slight turndowns. Some drag radials in the rear. CalTracs may come into play. I would like to get @320-350 hp out of the motor.

I was actually looking for a 4 door. I have a built Fox Mustang in the garage as well and I can’t fit my wife and 3 girls in it. I think it will make a good sleeper with some power in it. Nice and square body lines, I love it!!

Very Nice. I saw a nice survivor 2 door on Barrett Jackson on Velocity today. I had it on for a little bit after work. I believe it was this one. Hopefully the link works.

I couldn’t believe it. Everything works too, down to the red parking brake warning light.

That’s awesome love it. My brother is a two door guy and made a comment when I asked him to check it out for me because it was about 5 miles from him and 2 hours from me. He hasn’t said anything else. I think he knows it’s cool. Alll my buddies think it’s the balls, my wife thinks it’s ugly which makes me like it even more!!!
