1967 Plymouth Belvedere

Hello. Inherited a '67 Belvedere in pieces. It is a two door hardtop. It came with a new gas tank and two straps. It is my first B body. I am not sure, but does it only require one strap? I only see mounting holes for one strap. I have a service manual and it only shows one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I recently replaced my tank, strap, and hanger. One strap only. Seems odd but you eventually stop thinking about it.
