Since the only pressure hose available is a universal which always is much too long. I took a chance and ordered one for a 69'. It was just right in
length but the end that attaches to the gear control valve was too big for the fitting on the gear. I looked for a later valve but the prices even
for a used one were more than I was willing to pay. I found this fitting on eBay, the description of the size looked promising. As luck would have it,
it fit. I got a stock-looking hose installation that looks great. Hope this helps someone.

I replaced the pressure hose on my 67 wagon, 440 w/saginaw pump, last month with this one from the Rock. Just needed to tweak the pump end a little for install. Edelman 70333. Listed in the 67 application going by a 383 engine. 3/8" inv on the pump and 1/4" SAE on the box.

Do you have a '69-'72 pump? I ask that because the fittings changed on the pump to a 3/8 male with the o-ring after '68, and 68-down used the inverted flare.

It was flare. I got lucky with my calibrated eyeball. If my memory is right, when they went to o-ring, the threaded fitting went up in size which is a giveaway to type. 9/16", 5/8" or 11/16".
