PAD IS SOFT
ALL 4 BALL BEARINGS IN PLACE
ASHTRAY SLIDES SMOOTHLY AND LOCKS AS IT SHOULD
RECEIVER IS VERY GOOD
BLACK IN COLOR
VERY CLEAN ASSEMBLY

My Satellite has the sliding ash tray. I did not know it was fairly rare and only one year. Why was that? smokers couldn't hit the hole while driving? .................MO
 
funny.i think that they went away from that design because they were getting alot of complaints that the ashtray would pop open while driving

What year and model did those come in? I've never heard of them.
 
Early 68... Like Mine.... But I found an NOS one twenty years ago.....
 
My 68 RR has one, production date on it is early April. I thought they came in all 68s, not sure though.
 
My April 15th built Charger has the slider in it as well
