Also correct for a 67 383 B body.
 
Did all the 68 valve covers come with the two wire holder mounted on it? Mine has the heater hose strap spot but not the holder for the two spark plug wires? These correct for all 68 or just a C body?

I can't prove this, but my thoughts are they are correct for 383's in 67 and 68 without HP manifolds.

That would make more sense. So a 383 2 barrel would have these to keep the wires way from the close manifold design.
 
But if you want to get technical, I think the drivers side is cbody, because of the 2 plug wire holders for the rear plug wire with cbody manifolds
