I am installing new suspension under the car. Questions: Should the parts be painted? If so, should they be painted before installation or after installation? If the parts should be painted, what kind of paint would you recommend? Thanks!

Depends on the type of restoration you are doing. I had all mine powder coated chassis black. I prefer to paint before installing the bushings and touch up later as needed. The quality of your job will depend on prep work. Blasting, cleaning and priming is a must in my opinion.

7 years now since I coated these with ECS's RPM. 3500+ miles on the car, all drives haven't been dry and we live on a gravel road. All depends on your intended use of the car ..
