I'd be concerned about rust issues. Need a top to bottom inspection. Use a price guide to determine worth when restored, back off cost of restoration. Do the numbers work out? Restorations tend to cost more than your estimates.Should i buy this beast and restore it is it worth the money?

You just priced out a base model 318 Charger. Try again with a Charger R/T with a 440/4spd like the scam in question.I'd be concerned about rust issues. Need a top to bottom inspection. Concours = $41, 700
Bottom line - If it's what you want, go for it.
