1968 Dodge Charger Strut Question

Front of strut: I have one thick washer in back and front. Where does the light tin washer by the blue tape go? Thanks

Where did it come from. Not part of the strut assembly.

If anywhere, the washer would sit in the pocket of the K member where the bushing makes contact. That isn't stock.
How many times are you going to post this question? This makes twice, about 90 minutes apart.
