1968 Dodge Charger - Trim measures 1" wide and 48" in length. Where is it installed in the car? I only have one. Thanks!

Top of the door next to the glass. See how it wider on one end? That's the rear

It’s called “belt line molding” I believe, along top of doors o the outside

My 68 Charger measures about 43 1/3 inches by 1 inch and that width tapers down towards door hinge end.

Looks like you have the right side one. Post up a WTB add on here for the other one. They are not reproducing them that I know of, clips aren’t either that I’m aware of. They are specifically made for that trim and are all different as well.

Also what you have looks like a later 68 charger trim. Early build ones didn’t have the rear most hole in the top of the door so they didn’t have the trim clip with the stud and nut retainer, just the spring style clips.

I am missing one. How do I know which side that I have? Secondly, who would have one? Thanks

I have two new ones, left and right side.
As for what you have look at my pic (pass, side) and match your piece, notice it’s cut on an angle.

Since every every 1968-1970 Charger had them, should be some out there.
