1968 GTX Convertible Vent window

I have a 1968 GTX Convertible. The right vent window will not open. Has anyone had any luck freeing them. I have tried PB blaster with no luck. Or does anyone know if the convertible is a special frame or will any 68 B-Body fit it?

Convertible vent window frames are different than coupes/hardtops. That said, any 68-70 convertible will interchange be it Plymouth or Dodge.

The only thing wrong with it is it will not open. Anyone have any suggestions to free the top connection?
