1968 Roadrunner Fender Tag Question

This may not be the right place for this, but, my fender tag has a few stamps I'm just curious about, and maybe some of yall could shed some light on them. First, under the top line's u and w, a two is stamped. Right below the right hole for mounting, a "w" is stamped. Lastly, a quarter inch under the 2 mentioned earlier, a small rotated "1" is stamped.
I'm guessing that these are just Chrysler identifying workers who preformed the stamping, but just wanted to see. Thanks.

Here is the fender tag.

Here's the back, you can see that the hole on it is a punched one, mushed have been stamped with either a mirrored one, or when the tag was lying face down.
