It looks like it has lines.
69 has pebble grain.

Here are pics, maybe someone can tell me what it is then. I was sure it was 1968 when I was corrected.

Hard to tell the detail, does it all match the small dash end pieces? Almost looks like it has a carbon fibre pattern.

The 68, is the only year, that has the defroster in the cluster, as well as the square hole between the large gauges at the top.

Not carbon fiber. Here are some up close pics. This is a 1968 unit. It has lines, not the pebble finish.
