Hello FBBO Members; I have for sale for your consideration a 69 GTX hardtop * Older rotisserie restoration completed in 2005 from a rust free California car * It might have a
total of 2,500 miles since done. As you'll be able to see from the photos it was intentionally restored as a "Day 2" car both in appearance & mechanically * Professionally rebuilt 440 engine bored .030 with a set of forged 11.0.1 Keith Black pistons, forged crank, H-beam rods, fully balanced reciprocating assembly, MP 484/484 Hemi grind cam, Eddy aluminum heads, MP aluminum intake, Eddy 800cfm carb w/electric choke, TTi headers w/full alumacoat exhaust w/electric cut-outs & much more. All done by one of the leading engine builders in the Northeast.

Transmission is a professionally rebuilt A727 with shift kit & 2,500 stall converter * Rear
is a 8-3/4 Sure-grip professionally rebuilt w/3.55 gears.

The body & paint is outstanding & looks as though it was done yesterday * The same goes for the rest of the car * In this case, pictures "do not" do the GTX justice * Has to be seen to be truly appreciated. I have receipts for everything that will accompany the sale.

Fender tag info as follows:
03110 277709 9Axxxxxx
915 596 605
26
1X 6W N96 C16
B5 B5 P6D B7

Super nice car!!!...love it...I really like the shifter...awesome...Marla

Nice looking car. Why does it have the wrong dash in it? Do you have the 4 speed and dana and the air grabber parts?

Dont see many GTXs with the RR hood black out either.

Have you checked the body # on that car? The car you have is nothing like the fender tag reads. Everything on the car must have been changed. Not knocking your car, but for that kind of money it has alot of issues that would need to be corrected.

Folks do things for there reasons, This car is awesome, correct or not, Someone couldn't talk me into selling this if it were mine, Good luck in the sale..

Good looking car and I agree..it does sit just right. It's trying to look factory, but with too many obvious mods which is not my taste--but it's a damn good looking car nontheless......

Hello FBBO Family;
Many thanks for the positive comments. Again my apologizes to any purists I may have offended. No secret to the wheels & tires.
15" Magnum 500's with 275-60's rear & 225-70's front. I had 225-70-14 Redlines w/Magnum 500's before the disc brake conversion.
The only thing I wished I did do was A/C. I guess that's part of getting old & spoiled - LOL

Thanks, I think the car looks great and dam near brand new so clean I'm jealous wish it still had the 4 speed though :)

Your GTX is a very nice car and I apologize if I offended you in anyway. 69 GTXs and A12s are my favorite cars. Good luck with your sale.

I hate the 68 & 69 dash and I think 70 Plymouth Rally dash was the best ever...I have a B5
68 GTX and I hate looking at the dash..Yours I could....Nice
