This is a very, very nice car, but not so nice that it's a trailer queen. 383, 4 speed, manual trans, manual 11" brakes. I have a binder full of history of this car dating back to the original owner. Included are a partial original window sticker, several repro stickers & the build sheet. Never any rot or major dents. The LF fender had been replaced at some time, but with another used factory fender. Other than that, all body panels are original & there has never been any rot. I installed a new Accurate exhaust and a few other detail items under the hood, but that's about it.
Just turned 60,000 miles.
Completely numbers matching (engine, transmission, core support and trunk drip rail). Have the broadcast sheet & fender tag
RARE "A31" High-Performance axle package (includes factory Hemi cooling, suspension systems with 3:91 Sure Grip differential).
Decor Group.
Tinted windows (all).
AM Radio.
Three speed wipers.
Originally equipped with body color 14" wheels, dog dish hubcaps and redline Goodyear tires.
Repainted in factory correct Alpine white (base/clear).
Non-vinyl top.
Correct black bench seat interior.
Documentation includes: partial original window sticker, repro window sticker, nice build sheet, original fender tag, title history (except the first one, but have copy of registration card), misc. folder of receipts from first and second owners, including one for the first oil change!
The only variations from stock are: It does have a cam in it (don't know the specs), Petronics in the distributor and an aftermarket Edelbrock carb with an electric choke (also have the correct carb). It does idle decent with a little bit of a lope.
This is a cool car & I hate to see it go, but I need the room. A good, honest & clean Road Runner is hard to find & this one of the few.
$39,500.00.
