Howdy everyone. New member to this site and to the whole muscle car scene, mopar in particular. I've spent the last few days on the internet trying to get information and so far this site has managed to answer all of my questions.

So some background info on myself and my car. I'm 18 years old and currently a full time student. The RoadRunner in question is my fathers old toy from back in the day, and it's not seen the road in quite some time. Given the opportunity to financially support the beginning of the cars resto, I've been offered a chance to restore the car with him, and own it once it's done. I'm registering on this site and with you guys not because I can promise a relatively fast restoration, but because I do not know much about cars beyond the basics of maintenance and think you guys have a great site set up, and I plan to use this as a resource to aid me in my education. I will drop a few (bad) pictures of the car here for you guys, but I plan to get some better pictures of the car once I get home.

Mark.

(edit. I can't upload pictures, but i will later)

Welcome, sounds like a great project, keep us posted on the progress.

Hi Mark.....glad to see that you are taking an interest in restoring our dad's previous ride. We definitely welcome the young guns here, and I was impressed by your admission that you are here to learn. Welcome from Texas

Welcome Mark. This knowledge thing doesn't come all at once. Usually there are plenty of mistakes made along the way.
