WTB 1969 Roadrunner Lower Dash Pad, w/o AC

I replaced the wiring harness in my '69 Roadrunner and the lower dash pad is so swollen that I'm unable to reinstall. I'm guessing the previous owner used something to put a sheen on the vinyl and the foam absorbed it. I do not have an AC in the car and the interior is black. I would prefer not to have the part painted.
