1969 super bee side scoop placement

I have a 1969 super bee restoration coming to a end and i am having a hard time finding exact measurements and proper location for the side scoops.

From Moparts forum:

"...the front holes are 5 5/16" from the front of the quarter. The top front hole is 4 3/4" from the top body line..."
