Hello everybody!

I have a real nice set of 1970 -1974? 383, 400, 440 valve covers. These things are mint!! No dents, no rust and no issues. Now these are not HP valve covers but the only difference is these two spark plug wire tabs (see photo) that can easily be removed with a grinder. Do your homework and you will see what I’m talking about. Don’t pay $450 dollars for valve covers when you don’t need to. These will work perfectly and they are clean, just look at them!! ( Wow, I’m starting to sound like a used car salesman! ) Act now!!!

$250.00 for the covers.

$45.00 shipping in the lower 48 states.

I prefer PayPal “Friends and Family” or add 3% for fees.

I’m in Simi Valley CA.

Thanks for looking, Troy

Those are 70 only valve covers. I don’t have pictures on my phone but I’ll try and get some of mine at the shop and post later today. Maybe that will help

Are these factory original B body valve covers?

Technically these are 1970 C body big block valve covers. If you remove the two spark plug wire holders shown in the picture above then they are 1970 HP valve covers.

Can someone post a picture of actual 70 BB HP valve covers for reference? I am looking for a set for my V-code 440 and want to be correct. I am getting conflicted information.

Thanks,

Jeff

The one with the two holes is correct. The other one should not have that tab welded on the top of the cover at the hole end and the one on the side.. Simply grind off and clean up and your good to go. Here is a shot of my 383 HP covers.

$225.00 plus $45 for shipping. I’m telling you these are real clean covers. I purposely left them in this condition to show you there is no bodywork or heavy primer on them.

Ok but this is it. $200.00 plus $40.00 shipping to the lower 48 states. Thanks for looking, Troy
