Guys I have a gas tank for a 1970 Roadrunner. It was purchased new in 2011 and installed in the car, painted black. I just replaced it with an aluminum tank. It is the "California" tank with four vent outlets on the passenger side - use 'em or plug 'em if you don't need. I covered the top of the tank (the part which sits up against the underside of the trunk floor) with Dynamat to quiet any rattles between tank and body. It has a replacement OEM-style 5/16" fuel pickup installed, and the factory tank neck seal but no filler neck.
It had gas in it until a week ago, and is pretty big to ship anyway I think, but if anyone in SoCal needs one, MAKE ME AN OFFER. I can pull the sender and sell that to someone, but I figure it's kinda a good incentive for someone to come get the whole thing!
I need it gone, but I don't wanna have to scrap a tank that someone might be able to use if I can help it...
