I have a 4732s i believe its for a 1970 383 Auto?
i also have a 4749-3 Holley also i believe for 1970 383
are either one good for a 440?
or don't bother they both in decent shape movable i think it came off my 1970 challenger 383

Carter 4732S = low performance 383, auto trans, H51 option
can't find the Holley number.....most Holley numbers begin eiyh R-*****

Even a mild 440 will give up power with either one of those carbs. A 750 cfm carb would be a better choice for a mild 440.

The Carter would be fine if the engine is low perf/stock/cruiser. That same size carb [ 625 cfm ] was used on low perf 440's. The Holley would make a good paper weight...

If you choose to go for a different carb, please send me a PM as I am looking to buy one of those 4732s carbs.
