Well - I got an email reply - stating the car is in probate and was his Uncle's --- told him i'd like to come inspect it. sent three more photos - 440, A/C, auto, bucket seats, charcoal interior, 3 speed wipers -- can't tell much more from the photos - still not sure if its a scam.

An address removes the scam factor.
No address, scam, which is what it is sounding like.
"stating the car is in probate" that smells of scam.

The ones that just scream scam every time are the ones that never find the really good deals and there for are the ones that don't believe that they extist.

There's a member who was interested in the car, i was going to look @ it, but the guy has never returned any of my Emails, felt like either it sold or stalling, price was originally @ $7k then went to $8k, Scam? maybe, typicaly they get back to you right away and make unusel request, like i give 25k and send me back the rest when check clears, anyway keep me posted if you will, thank you.

Two years ago i chased a 70 challenger Hemi, 4~Speed GoMango car story that was the real thing & friend got the car, CHEAP ! read about it in mopar collectors Guide maybe this year, anyway dont give up fallow throught the reward mite be @ the end

Yes - the owner is a nice guy - going through the probate thing with the estate. Gave him a handshake, deposit, and we settled on a price. Just have to wait for a judge to sign off on it - which him time to get the drivetrain back from the machine shop.

Crazy, they car has almost the exact gender tag as mine.

A few differences, mine; c5xa, a32, J25, V8F.

Mine was built April 1 1970. It's FC-7 now...April fools day car. Had it since 1984.

Great score!!! I thought it was a scam at first, but that’swhy you own the car and not me. You should check out the book Project Charger,the car being restored in the book is practically a clone of yours except notan R/T. Congrats on the awesome purchase.
