Haven't had much luck with shipping, the cost is just way to high. I usually waste a lot of time packaging up stuff, then take it to a shipping company to get a quote, then give the shipping cost to the buyer just to have them tell me its to much. The time it takes me to do this I just could have gone to work and made the money that way.
