1970 dodge charger 383 4bbl auto

Vehicle Details

Here is a clean titled 1970 Dodge Charger 383 4bbl magnum auto console disc brake car originally (no fender tag). The car was in the beginnings of restoration by someone else. Somewhere along the lines most of its parts went missing. What you see is what you get besides the parts on the ground seen in one of the pics which is a new AMD quarter inpanel, wheel house, rear valance, corners, 1/4 window regulators, splash shields and couple pieces of trim. The car does roll, steer but has no brakes, it does still have its original disc brake spindles, rotors and calipers though. The engine is a 1972 440 supposedly rebuilt with headers. I would probably go maybe $4500 if I didn't already have too many toys and wasn't out of room. Meaning if I didn't have anything else and was looking for a project to restore or build it my way such as a Pro Street or drag and drive build.

Well, everyone has a price point they want to pay. As long as the desirability of a 68-70 Charger is high, they will bring very decent money. Inflation is here to stay. The problem is how much work it needs and how much you can do on the car yourself. Every car I’ve ever bought has been pretty close to maximum market value at that time. I have a customers 69 Charger in the shop right now that he is going to sell after I do some work. It’s an all matching 383 auto with no rust (from Texas) and all original body panels and fender tag. It was changed from F5 green to black and we need to finish up the color change. I had a local come by and try to buy it before we take it to a classic car seller when finished. He was shocked that we would not take $35,000. I stopped selling locally long ago. My 70 RT survivor is one of the nicest cars to drive I’ve ever owned. People chase me down all the time to try and buy it. Everyone knows what a Charger is.
