I know were it comes out gromet is still there,need a pic of how the cables hooks up.

Does main cable hook on pass side? Main cable comes out next to vr. I dont know how the 2nd cable hooks up. Does it hook with main on pass side then gos to driver side? only pic I could find

It's incorrect... but it makes a LOT more sense than bent 180 degrees behind the air cleaner assembly.

Dash cable hooks to passenger side, balancer cable from there to drivers side. Shown clearly somewhere in my resto thread.
 
so main cable would hook on the pass side?
 
Considering there's two attachment points on the passenger side... where is a given.

dla4567 what is the 2nd cable coming out next to the vr? Just wondering and are you still running points?
 
That goes to the o2 sensor for the A/F gauge.
No points, electronic ignition.
 
how are you using the 2 prong ballast? Were did you put the ei box ,sorry Im being nosey
 
is this right? mine mounts right of the reverse light underneath like the pass vent cable.

The ecu is hiding behind the intake manifold. I made a bracket that mounts to the valley pan bolts. I’ll try and get a picture tomorrow.
