1970 voltage regulator?

What are people doing for getting correct for 1970 model year regulators with the dimple? I’d heard of some actually making it and putting it on a non correct piece and then painting it since they are not reproduced. Anybody know any tricks? No luck finding a correct or NOS one yet which would be the easier way to go!

ECS Automotive concept has NOS voltage regulators with the dimple on them. Look in their mopar catalog online and it’s on page 4. They are not cheap. I have purchased 2 from them
