In need of the stainless drip rail/roof rail stainless moldings for a 1971-72 Dodge Charger, SuperBee or RT non vinyl top car. If anyone can help please respond with a private message and Thank You!!

Same as 73-4 Road Runner/Satellite to give you a bigger search...

Thank You, I did check but nothing for 3rd gen chargers

Checked the part numbers between the 71-72 charger and the 73-74 road runner/satellite and they are different numbers. Also checked the part numbers between the 73-74 charger to the 73-74 Plymouth and they are different part numbers. Based on the parts book I would feel more comfortable locating a set for the 71-72 charger.

They are the same just the part number was superseded to a new one. 71-2 Plymouth are straight on the ends while 71-2 Dodge are have a curl at the end. Then in 73-4 Plymouth they have the curl while 73-4 Dodge are straight. The only difference is vinyl top or non-vinyl top.

I have a set off of a vinyl top '71. They're not perfect, but they're free in Frederick, MD if you or someone you know can pick them up.

Well that’s good to know, I would have never thought that the newer Plymouth would be the same. As you said gives a few more options.

Thank You for the reply. I purchased a non vinyl car that came with a set of vinyl moldings, so I currently have a set. Your price is right and would be in your area in a few weeks but that’s my luck, oh well.

Yep they still share the same roof, same windshield, same rear window etc…
