1971 mopar steering column

Need help? Can I add the 3 collars and remove shift tube to make a floor shift column out of an automatic shift column. Any help would be awesome. This is a 1971 and the donner pieces have the same column lock.

Yes, that is what I did to my steering column to convert it as I have a 4 speed set-up.
