That is what was in mine, which I bought from a one owner worn out original car. mat my not be 100% correct but its pretty close to my original got it from DMT, stay away from REM stuff.

I've seen the '71's as in the picture page5 posted, haven't seen a different version. Yes, the hook is green. Closest green, if need to be painted, is John Deer green

My hook still had decent paint on it and for my hook I thought the Rustoleum Hunter green was a closer match than the JD green. The JD just seemed too bright to me. I'll post a pic later.
