Will a 1974 Dodge Charger driver window work in a 1972 Dodge Charger?

I don't think so, but I do believe that one from a 73/74 plymouth sat/RR will.

Door glass yes 1/4 Window no ish it can work with some modifications

71-72 bodies are the same and where changed for the 73-74.

Yeah , I have 72 - 73 - 74 Door Glass all the same .

All B bodies 71/74s glasses are the same but the quarters, and in some cases they are the same or interchangeable ( for example 72 and 73/74 hardtop charger quarters, are not the same but you can easily fit a 73/74 on to a 72, not backwards though ) . This includes front and rear glasses

glass same window lifts are different but you can make them work i have 2 73s and a 74
