Just did this operation the last week.... and on a 72 plymouth satellite sebring plus, so your in luck! I can't help you with the rear seat glass, but I can give you some pointers for door glass (based on MY limited experience).
The first thing to do is pray...lol, it can be either a decent or bad experience based on how rusty the window glass retainer discs are. Patience and a good attitude are going to be key for this project in my opinion. I've never replaced the glass with the door on the car, so based off what I dealt with last week, it would seem that removing the door and setting it on a work stand (as I did) will make positioning the glass much easier.
Here is a page from the factory manual that will help you visualize how many screws hold down the glass...(should be 4 I believe)
Once everything is exposed, go ahead and squirt those four screws with penetrating oil and once again pray that they aren't rusted to bad. Holding those screws to the glass are these discs with oval slots that are meant for a specific tool to hold them in place while the screws are backed out. I eventually remembered that at one time I'd bought a tool at harbor freight for removing my grinder wheel retainer....I got it out and it worked fantastic for these window retainers. It's an adjustable pin wrench and sells for $5 at harbor freight, item #36554
From there you'll have to use your window roller to move it up and down to back out the screws. There should be a couple holes in the door that will get you in a close position to back it out. On some of the screws, you'll just have to position it where ever is most convenient....using a 90 deg phillips head driver would help as well. If your screws are stripped out or to rusted, you may have to do what I had to for a couple of the discs; I ended up having to drill them just enough to release them from the glass....from there I had to drill out the screw and re-tap the disc. I really hope you're luckier than I was on that. Not sure if they remake these, but buying new ones might be easier if so.
Slide the glass out and repeat the process in reverse. Good luck with it! I hope is goes easier for you.
