Hi im new to the group, i have a 1973 dodge charger and its an original 318 car and coverted to a 440 with full length headmen headers, the question is on the passenger side does anyone have suggestions on plug wire routing on the passenger side almost seem like having them all go under the headers and all come out at the front, i also thought about cutting out the passenger fender like the big block cars to make it easier to get to

Off the top of my ancient head, don't know exactly the configuration of those header tubes offhand. But...The #2 and #8 should route under the header, the two middle above with possible use of plug/wire shields. Post a pic so we can see. No need to do any cutting of sheet metal !

Welcome to the group and post some pics of the issue and your Charger

We cannot really say without looking at your headers. Getting the wires away from the headers is best bet.

Not factory because all my emissions shite is gone, and I've removed most brackets to clean up the engine bay but I decided on this routing which makes maintenance easier.

Looks good to me and similar to my 70 touring with manifolds. Manifolds I ran Repro wires but had a lot of 90 degree boots

I have also dropped a 440 in my former 318 73 Charger. I route the 2, 4, 6 plugs down past the alternator, under the header, along the inner fender, and then into the plugs from under the header (Hooker Comps). You can do the same with 8 wire, or route it across the top of the engine behind the valve cover and drop it down and around from there. There is no need to chop the fender out. There is more room on the pass side than driver.... so if you figured the driver side out without chopping the fender you can get the pass side for sure.
