I have been trying to find out the history of my Charger. Does anyone know where I can go to get the history for this particular car? Also, does anyone know how many triple black 1973 Charger SE's with the 400 high performance engine were made? Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

According to what I have it says 6940 73 Charger SE with 400-4 BBL were made, 6669 were auto and 271 were 4 spd

Thanks! I will definitely do that!
I checked with Hamtamck Registry and they only do 1970 models. Why did the factory delete the vacuum ports on the firewall for the dual snorkel? Since the firewall vacuum ports were deleted, why would they still use a double snorkel breather? I've been told in the past that with the factory delete vacuum lines on the firewall, it takes a single snorkel in black. Thoughts?

On a 73? Just one vacuum line runs from vacuum tree at the manifold to the cab and is for A/C doors actuators. Runs throught the same grommet than the heater valve cable close to the driver side iner fender. Gets a check valve close to the control unit.

Dual or single snorkel doesn’t matter. The air cleaner vacuum line runs straight to the carb unported tee. The diff between single or dual snorkels is a Y connector installed between temp sensor and carb port (just before the air temp sensor valve). One of the snorkels actuators is controlled by this air temp sensor, the other one straight from the unported vacuum signal.
