Those look like the ones that hold 68-70 inner rubber access ( made of rubber ) along the front rear portion of the frame. Sorry for poor description but I remember installing g these pieces and those were the clips

DMT has that same type of clip with their splash shield. Here's a close up photo of one I got with their splash shield. You might contact them. My wheel well lip mouldings came with screws on my 74 Charger.

Detroit Muscle Technologies (DMT) does list the screws used for the wheel lip moldings also.
