1974 Rallye cluster oil/fuel beauty ring?

So the beauty ring that covers up the center of the oil pressure/fuel gauge in rallye cluster is missing. Does anyone know where I could possibly find a replacement? It would be nice to cover the center of the needles to give it that finished look that it should have. Not even sure what this part would be called but I know there is a part number and I’ve been unsuccessful at finding a replacement. Does anyone have any ideas or one available?

I hear ya, I would not separate them either. Been searching on eBay with no luck. I am not sure the proper name of the part to do a thorough search. Beauty ring/trim ect. Give me no results last few months.
