It is a Road Runner with a 318 2 bbl auto. If the paint code is FE5, then it is red. Clean up the tag a bit, for more results.

It doesn't necessarily need to be restored. Clean, detail, get running, stopping, etc so it's roadworthy. Once it's alive, you will be even more inspired
