    Thank you. I put in a new brake booster hoping that was the problem and it seems to be OK. We weren't sure if it was the booster or the proportioning valve.

    Since I could not source a new valve, I did just the booster. I would like to have a valve just in case if the price is right. The correct part number is 4026628. Let me know what you want for it.

    I have a Toronto address for shipping and will be in Toronto in 2 weeks.

    We havent forgotten you David, can't lay my hands on that valve right now but when I do, will check the part number and get back to you.

    Not gold but solid brass... I bought 1 about 8 months ago from a company called Pirate Jacks, specializing in OEM and Hot Rod parts

    total cost with shipping was 49.50...NOW keep in mind this was for my 76 Coronet ..BUT they may interchange...
