I recently exchanged emails with Dale about an advertisement copy towards the end of his handbook. His response:

"That ad appeared in the Winter 1979, Collector's Edition, Volume VII, No 2 issue of the Chrysler-Plymouth Spectator magazine. It quotes: "The Chrysler-Plymouth Spectator is published quarterly and is sponsored by certain Chrysler-Plymouth dealers." Advertising company Ross Roy, Inc. of Detroit, Mich. was the printer."
