I Read That The 2 Speed And 3 Speed Wiper Motors Had Different Linkages. How Do I Go About Telling What Type Of Wiper Motor Linkages I Have?

I Liked The Look Of a 3 Speed So I Got One Rebuilt. When I Put It On The Car and Wired It I Can Hear The Motor Still Pulsating When The Switch Is Off.

I Did Change To a 3 Speed Switch. Car Is a 1968 Charger

Thank You

The only linkage parts different from 2 speed to 3 speed are the crank arm and bushing.the crank arm you need is part# 2822 273 if I’m remembering correctly.
the crank arm bushing is white and you will need a 3 speed switch.

What about wiring any difference?

It’s been a while since I did the swap but seems like just a jumper on the switch. I will look at the schematic and see if it will jog my memory.

Here’s a couple pics of the factory service manual schematic for a 69’ coronet/Charger

The Brown/white "extra" jumper wire is sitting in the dash harness ready to hook up to go three speed.
