I just got a Glenn-Ray radiator and wanted a new shroud, he suggested I just go to the local Dodge dealership and pick it up, I thought "This can't be right" but sure enough they sometimes have em but they had to order it from the warehouse ( 2 days out) and I went and picked it up at the dealership. AND the price was good too.

Absolutely, you can get mooar performance parts still over the counter! And if you know the parts guy sometimes get a nice discount too! ... I either go through the dealer or summit, same part# same part....sometimes different price!
