360 carb recomendation 600 or 650?

This is the buildup of my 360.Block is .060 over. mopar performance 9:1 cast pistons, mopar performance camshaft.450/.455 lift adv duration 268/272 dur at .50 220/224 108 centerline. heads are arrowheads casting #974 65cc with 2.02intake and 1.60 exhaust valves. stock mopar ignition and weiand action plus intake idle-6000. trans is 727 with 2300-2500 stall and 3.23 gears. what do you guys recommend? thanks!

If you're looking for mileage, go small.....but if you're looking for performance and the hell with mileage, keep going bigger until it doesn't gain anymore
