I used that 3M cavity wax back when I worked at a body shop, and it worked really well. It comes with three different length wands, which is handy, but it’s pretty expensive if you're the one paying for it.
If you're doing a lot of panel replacements, it's worth getting a wax injector instead. I've been using mine for years with a mix of cavity wax and motor oil. You have to let it drip onto some cardboard overnight, but it gets into every little nook and cranny.
