Are these factory Mopar wheels?

To the best of my knowledge, I don't believe the 'cop wheels' ever came in 8", they were all 7". There are aftermarket versions though.

The 8" version were called the Super Coupe wheels and did not have the nubs on the center for hub caps.

I could have sworn they were 8", but I'll double check. You are probably right.

Classic mistake of measuring the outside width. wheel width is called out by inside bead measure.

Yep, I had them measure by outside width, which was 8". Inside width is indeed 7".
