You should have more numbers , but it looks like the stamping was light from the factory. In most cases it would start with the year say 9 then an assembly plant A,G or so on. Then the sequence number from the car. Most blocks and transmissions will have eight characters stamped for the partial vin. An example would be 9G123456.
