Is the $4000 negotiable? I have a 67 Charger that’s an original Hemi car with 56K miles. The previous owner took the car apart and sent the heads out for work, and never picked them up. I am in the process of putting the car back together and want to restore it to original condition. If we can put a deal together I will pick them up.
