I have been seeing these for a while on the 440 Source website: Heavy Duty Mechanical (Solid) Lifters -Without Oil Band They are listed in the "Made in the USA" section of their site as well, and they look identical to the (Johnson?) Direct Connection/MoPar Performance ones with the hollow body and circlip-retained pushrod seat. Just trying to see if anyone has tried them with success, as I have never wiped a cam lobe on break-in or in use with the lubricants/methods I have used for 40+ years and don't want to start a trend.
